This is my favorite part of my Idaho office—come on in and see. These guns are all firearms I've been firing throughout my life, and you're about to see several hundred. Each of these guns has individual loads worked up for them, which ultimately have become our factory loads.

Here’s a rundown: my 600 Nitros, 577s, 500s, 505 Gibbs, and 470 Nitros, with the guns descending in caliber from there. You’ll find 50 Alaskans, 500 Smith and Wessons, and 470 Capsticks, among others, with loads specifically worked out for each. I’ve also got several 416s and 375 H&Hs—eight or nine of those—and they keep descending all the way to 9.3x64s, 9.3x62s, 358s, 338s, and more.

People often think I'm crazy, but I’ve got at least 15 different .30-06 rifles, and I shoot them all. If you want to talk to someone who understands the .30-06, I’m your guy. I also have racks overflowing with firearms; my space is running out. Handguns are stacked and scattered everywhere as well. If you look at the ammo cans along the bottom, each is filled with loads tailored for the rifles you see here.

I’ve probably got 100 guns that aren’t even in this vault right now. There’s a system here, though. Each magazine, pouch, and can has a handgun or ammo, ready to go if needed. And yes, I didn’t clean up this room to make the video—this is me, raw and real.

If you want to talk to someone who truly knows guns and ammunition, I doubt there’s anyone with more experience than me. I’ve lived and breathed this for over 50 years, and when I give you an opinion on guns or ammo, it’s because I’ve lived it, not just worked a few months at a gun shop. This is my life, and I’ve made a successful living from it.
